Imagination Yoga carves out a time and offers a space for relaxation, movement, imagination and joy. An Imagination Yoga teacher uses adventure themes to guide students ages 2-12 through a kids yoga class designed just for them. Each adventure introduces developmentally appropriate kids yoga poses, kindness activities, calming techniques and concentration exercises.
Imagination Yoga is a curriculum based kids yoga program that inspires real change in the lives of children. Not only is it a fun and effective kids yoga class it is also our opportunity to teach them concepts like; compassion, concentration, relaxation and something we call being ‘Boldly kind’. Being a boldly kind person is a person that says "hello" to the new kid at school, a person that stands up for what is right, a person that uses their imagination like a tool carving out a space for peace and joy.
